Your Role
- Design, implement, and test waveforms for airborne radios
- Perform signal processing from raw antenna signals for classification, tracking, and direction-of-arrival (DoA) estimation
- Document the principles and methods used in signal processing and waveform
- Take responsibility for designing and implementing digital signal processing algorithms and concepts for secure airborne communication
- Enhance and adapt existing algorithms for robust, real-time performance on embedded or low-power platforms
- Stay up to date with technical trends and contribute fresh ideas to the team
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or a related field; a PhD is a plus
- You have experience in efficiently implementing communication algorithms under real-time constraints
- You have 3+ years' experience in signal processing and communications system theory
- You are experienced in real-time data processing and algorithm development
- You have good programming skills in C, Python, or similar
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, hands-on approach, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You describe yourself as a team player, are reliable and always on the lookout for exciting challenges
